A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are refundable if cancellations or rescheduling happen at least 24 hours before the appointment.

You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. No call/no shows forfeit the deposit and must pay a new deposit to reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours will have the deposit applied to the next appointment.

We cannot accommodate appointments if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for men’s services or more than 20 minutes late for women’s services.

If we cancel on the day of your appointment, you will receive 50% off your next service.

Walk-ins are welcome! However, we cannot guarantee availability without an appointment, so we encourage booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
