Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging unless damaged upon arrival.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Refunds are available only for eligible unopened products.

• Opened items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they were damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence.

• Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• Styles by Steph will cover return shipping costs for eligible returns within the 30-day period.

• Please contact us to receive your return shipping instructions and prepaid shipping label.

Restocking Fee

• A restocking fee of $11 applies to all product returns.

Processing Returns

• Returns and refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required for processing returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, opened or used products (unless defective), and digital products or educational content are non-returnable.
