Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Styles by Steph. To ensure the best possible service experience, please review our booking policies outlined below.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If provided, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment.
Adjustments made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit must be provided when rebooking.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notification (no-call/no-show) will lose their initial deposit. A new deposit is required to reschedule future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Men’s Services: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, resulting in deposit forfeiture.
Women’s Services: Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule, resulting in deposit forfeiture.
Appointment Transferability
Clients may transfer or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Late notice conditions apply as outlined above.
Stylist Cancellations
If Styles by Steph must cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, we will offer you 50% off your next scheduled service as compensation.
Appointment Reminders
Appointment reminders will be sent via email. Please ensure we have your current email address on file.
Intake Forms
Completion of intake forms or providing hair and health history may be required for certain services to ensure safety and personalized care.
Special Requests
Special requests and customized services may incur additional fees, which will be communicated clearly during your consultation.
