Welcome to Styles by Steph (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By using our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Services and Products Offered
Styles by Steph provides salon and barber services including consultations, hair extension training, men’s cuts, beard trims, hair/beard lineup, lashes, coloring, highlights, and extensions. We also offer subscription packages for regular services and retail beard oil products through our online store.
2. Booking and Appointments
All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits will be transferred to the next appointment if notice is provided within this timeframe.

No-Show: No-call/no-show appointments forfeit the initial deposit, and an additional deposit will be required for future bookings.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for men’s services or more than 20 minutes late for women’s services must reschedule, and the initial deposit may be forfeited.

Staff Cancellations: If Styles by Steph cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment, you will receive 50% off your next booked service.
3. Payment and Pricing
Payments can be made through Square, WooCommerce, or GoHighLevel (GHL). All listed prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on our website or booking system are current and correct.
4. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards, promotional offers, or discounts issued by Styles by Steph are subject to specific terms including expiration dates and may exclude certain services or products. Please review each offer’s details at the time of purchase.
5. Product Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility: Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unopened or proven defective upon receipt. Opened items cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued only for eligible returns. A restocking fee of $11 applies to all product returns.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by Styles by Steph within the 30-day return period.

Proof of Purchase: Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, logos, and course material on our website, is the intellectual property of Styles by Steph unless otherwise specified. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
7. Disclaimers and Liability

Salon & Barber Services: Results from hair styling, coloring, and treatments can vary based on individual conditions. Styles by Steph disclaims liability for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes. Clients must disclose allergies and sensitivities prior to receiving services.

Beard Oil Products: Beard oil products may cause allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. Please conduct a patch test before full application. Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs.
8. User Conduct and Account Restrictions
Users are limited to one account per individual. Styles by Steph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of this policy or any other Terms listed herein.
9. SMS and Email Communications (A2P Compliance)
By providing your contact details, you consent to receive transactional and marketing SMS messages and emails from Styles by Steph. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by following instructions provided in communications or by contacting us directly.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration within Utah County, Utah.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
